• What the client needed

La Casa de la Nana needed to revamp their website with a fresh design that would match their beautiful illustration-style branding and showcase all their services, their pet-oriented facilities, and the fantastic treatment their visitors receive.

They also wanted to make all their policies, processes, and services as straightforward as possible because their previous website almost did not have any content, and most of these questions were answered by their support team via chat.

We created a mobile-optimized and user-friendly website that shows visitors the facilities and incredible services La Casa the la Nana provides.

One of the main goals was to make their website showcase their brand, so we created an illustration-style website that would match the brand's already beautiful assets.

To boost their social proof, we integrated a feedback section that automatically shows La Casa de la Nana's Google reviews and an Instagram feed to keep their audience updated with their latest posts.

The final price depends on the plan you choose. However, to provide you with a more accurate answer, the cost of your site is spread over a 24-month period.

This means that the cost of your website is calculated by multiplying the price of the plan you choose by 24 installments.

Therefore, the total cost for your website would amount to $6,000. It is important to note that our service includes hosting for your site, unlimited changes, backups, security management, plugin and WordPress updates, and all premium plugin licenses. How does pricing work?

We offer a transparent pricing structure with three different plans to choose from. Once you select a plan, you will pay the specified amount on a monthly basis for a duration of 24 months.

Additionally, we provide optional Add-ons that can be included in your chosen plan. These add-ons are available on a month-to-month basis, allowing you the flexibility to cancel them at any time.

What kind of customer or client support do you have?

As part of all our plans, we assign a dedicated project manager to each project/client. This person will be your first point of contact and will handle all communication and asset collection.

We also provide direct chat and email support. You will always have a real person available to answer your questions and resolve any issues.

We take pride in offering real human support. We do not utilize Artificial Intelligence or provide template answers in any of our support channels.

What does the term "free domain included" mean?

In all our subscription plans, we provide a complimentary .COM domain. This means that if you don't already have a domain for your new website, we will purchase one for you. Additionally, we will handle and manage the renewal of the domain for as long as you remain with us.

As our client, you have the choice to either purchase the domain directly or have us handle the acquisition for you. You also have the option to transfer the domain to us for safekeeping, although this is entirely optional.

We recommend Porkbun or Cloudflare for registering your domains.

If you do not want to transfer the domain to us, we would only need access to your DNS records to connect your domain with our hosting. We use Cloudflare to manage DNS records.

Please note that your website's domain will always belong to you, even if you decide to cancel your subscription. This guarantee is outlined in our contract.

If you choose to cancel your subscription after the 24-month contract period, there are no fees for transferring the domain to you. You would only be responsible for paying any transfer fees imposed by your registrar.

The only circumstance in which a client would incur any costs for a domain is if we purchase one at the start of our service and they subsequently request a refund within our 30-day no questions asked policy. In such cases, only the original purchase price of the domain (typically $15) would be deducted.

Believe it or not, one of the most common reasons a company loses a domain is due to failure to renew it on time. This is why we offer to maintain and include a domain in our plan, ensuring that your website remains active at all times.

Will my Monkey Webs site be Google Optimized?

Definitely! All of our websites are optimized for Google, including our lowest plan.

The difference lies in the level of optimization provided. The Growth and Prime plans include ongoing SEO optimization every month, ensuring that your website remains optimized for search engines. On the other hand, the Essential plan includes SEO optimization for the first month after the website is launched.

What is the "Free CRM Plus Account" used for and what does it include? 

The "Free CRM Plus Account" is a feature we offer to our clients as part of the Growth and Prime plans. This account provides access to a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which is a tool used to manage and organize customer information, interactions and sales.

In our Growth plan, we include access to the CRM for you to manage it. Meanwhile, in the Prime plan, we also include our premium CRM recipes, automation configuration, and overall configuration of most of the CRM features for you.

Your CRM Plus Account includes the following features:

Contact Management: You can store and manage contact information for your customers, including their names, email addresses, phone numbers, and any other relevant details.

Interaction Tracking: The CRM allows you to track and record interactions with your customers, such as emails, phone calls, meetings, or any other form of communication. This helps you keep a record of your customer interactions for future reference.

Task Management: You can create and assign tasks to yourself or team members, ensuring that important follow-ups and deadlines are not missed.

How good is the hosting you provide and what is uptime monitoring?

Our hosting system is finely tuned and well-maintained. We have made significant investments in our infrastructure to ensure that you receive the best service possible.

All of our servers are located in the United States and are specifically designed for high performance. We do not rely on shared hosting; instead, we have our own dedicated servers equipped with high RAM, NVME SSD hard drives, and premium processors. Sorry for geeking out a bit there! 😊

What this means for you is that your website will load quickly, and it will have a top-notch security system. You will be able to forget about it, we will handle all the necessary maintenance to keep it up and running at all times.

We have an uptime historical rate of 99% or higher for our sites. This means that your site will rarely experience any downtime, and if it does, it will be minimal. We are so confident in our uptime performance that we provide you with an uptime dashboard where you can see the status of your site, including any instances of downtime and the percentage of uptime.

In addition, we take care of premium security features for your website. This includes server and site-level firewalls, DDoS protection, and multiple layers of server and site backups, both offline and stored in the cloud.

Of course, all of these measures would be meaningless if we couldn't quickly bring your site back online in case of any problems. But don't worry, we can, and we do. We have servers in alternative locations with updated copies of your site. Can you provide content for my site?

Absolutely! We offer an optional Add-on called Content Writing, which allows us to create the content for a page on your website. The cost for this add-on is $185 per page of content that we produce.

This includes any of the pages in your website or a blog article.

Do you provide Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, or should I obtain them from my own lawyer?

In our Essential and Growth plans, we provide Generic Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Pages that have been drafted by a lawyer. However, we suggest that you have your own lawyer review them to ensure they cover any specific regulations that may apply to you.

For these plans, we require you to sign a Website Policies Waiver or add a Termageddon addon to your site (at a cost of $12 per month or $119 per year). We will configure it for you completely free of charge.

In our Prime plan, we include a Termageddon subscription at no additional cost. Termageddon is the most comprehensive website policies generator available. It helps identify the privacy laws that apply to your business, generates the required disclosures under these laws, and provides updates whenever there are changes or new laws come into effect.

Termageddon ensures compliance with privacy laws such as the CPRA, GDPR, UK DPA, CalOPPA, PIPEDA, and more. It also helps with consumer protection laws, eCommerce disclosures, and liability limitations.

Does my website include email addresses for my business?

No, your website will not include email addresses for your business.

That being said, we do recommend using a business email address with your domain name. This demonstrates that you are a legitimate business rather than a freelancer using a free email address.

We suggest using Google Workspace as your email solution. We have an Addon for this service. We will create a Google Workspace account, configure all the necessary security measures, and add all the required users/email accounts for you.

Please keep in mind that business email accounts have a monthly cost per user, which is paid to Google.

How long will it take to build my website and get it published?

On average, it takes us approximately 30 days to design and publish your website. We aim to deliver new sites within this timeframe, and often even sooner.

However, the only circumstance where a website may not be published within the 30-day period is if the client fails to provide us with the necessary information, content, or resources required to complete the site.

What does the term "Premium Licensed Plugins" mean?

We build all of our sites using WordPress, which is used by over 42% of websites worldwide. WordPress maintains its speed and adaptability by using only the necessary plugins for each website.

A WordPress plugin is a software component that can be integrated into your WordPress site. These plugins enhance existing functionality or introduce new features, allowing for the creation of diverse websites that cater to the specific needs of each user. Think of plugins as Lego bricks, with each one serving a different purpose.

Most WordPress plugins offer both free and premium versions. The free version offers basic functionality, while the premium versions provide additional functions and features.

Typically, premium versions require a yearly or monthly subscription fee per domain, ranging from $35 to $200 per year, or even more. However, we cover all of these costs for you by including all the premium licenses for the plugins used on your website in our subscription plans.

On average, a website utilizes around 10 to 15 premium plugins, so by subscribing to our service, you can save a significant amount of money.

As a client, you have the freedom to request updates or modifications to any aspect of your website. This includes altering headings, images, and text throughout your site, as well as making small adjustments to elements such as colors, titles, buttons, links, backgrounds, and more.

We are also able to add new links, buttons, update documents or downloadable assets, modify banners, make changes to your contact and lead forms, and provide festive or holiday-themed alterations and notices.

However, please note that certain changes are not included in this unlimited service. These include tasks such as adding or developing new sections for your website, introducing new features or entire pages, altering the overall layout of your site, and other significant changes of a similar nature.

What does "First of Line Priority" mean for me and my website?

First of Line Priority is part of our premium support. We receive daily requests from our clients to make changes to their websites. We categorize these requests into normal or basic requests, and emergency requests.

Normal or basic requests include routine changes, while emergency requests involve issues such as a broken site after an update, site uptime, broken features and security problems like viruses, attacks, and backup errors.

Emergency requests take the highest priority in our pipeline and are addressed immediately. First of Line Priority requests are handled next, followed by normal or basic requests.

For you and your website, First of Line Priority means faster processing of requested changes. We strive to complete all requested changes within 24 hours, although in some cases it may take up to 48 hours depending on the workload.

First of Line Priority requests are given top priority and are attended to promptly, usually on the same day or within 24 hours. These requests basically jump over normal pending requests and get one quicker.

Do I need to pay for other services that my website would need?

No, there is no need to pay for additional services or subscriptions for your site to function properly.

We already provide all the essential services that a website requires, and even a few extra ones.

Our subscription includes your site's SMTP service, which handles all the transactional emails necessary for your website's operation. This includes emails such as password recovery, contact form acknowledgments, security and backup emails, and subscription or purchase notifications. Additionally, on the Growth and Prime plans, we also provide SMS automations and reminders.

Other services included for your site are a CDN or content delivery network. A CDN is used for optimizing the delivery of your website's content to users around the world and different cities by storing cached versions of your site's pages and media files on servers located in various geographic locations, a CDN helps your site load faster for your clients.

The main purpose of our service is to offer a comprehensive subscription that eliminates the pains and challenges associated with managing a website.

Can you provide images for my site?

Certainly! We have premium agency licenses for a few Stock Image Libraries, which allows us to provide you with high-quality images at no additional cost. These images come with a usage license that permits their use on your website.

In some cases, there may be other premium libraries available that may incur additional costs. However, this would be determined on a case-by-case basis and only if specifically requested by the client.

While we always recommend using personalized images from your business, we can certainly assist you in obtaining suitable images if that is not feasible.

Will you publish Unlimited Blogs for me?

Yes, we will publish unlimited blog articles on your website. However, in order to do so, you need to provide the written articles that will be posted.

Additionally, you will need to provide us with a cover image or provide specific details about the type of image you want for your article, and our team will select one for you.

You also have the option of asking us to write an article for you as part of our Content Writing Addon

Do you provide support in languages other than English?

Yes, in addition to English, we also offer support in Spanish. We have team members who are fluent in both languages.

Furthermore, a part of our team is based in Latin America, which allows us to offer competitive prices in our subscriptions.

What Happens After My Contract Ends?

Once your contract expires, we have three options for you.

Option 1.
Renew your contract and get a new and updated design for your website. After two years, your brand may have evolved, your goals could be different or maybe you just want to refresh your site again.

Option 2.
Move to our month-to-month maintenance / care plans and keep all your current benefits. You will continue to have our hosting and maintenance, unlimited content updates, your website will continue to have our licensed plugins, and premium features like email SMTP and SMS notifications.

These would be your new care plan prices:

   • Essential Care Package: $150 per month
   • Growth Care Package: $350 per month
   • Prime Care Package: $850 per month

Option 3.
We can get your website packaged for an easy migration; you would get all your files so you can transfer them to your new web host. You'll have the freedom to host, manage, and maintain your website independently.
